On the occasion of Ambition Industry 2026 show at Liège Expo, we presented on our stand a Proof of Concept (POC) original over... a coffee.
Behind this daily pleasure was in fact a concrete demonstration of our know-how in the field of connected objects, the digitalization of processes and AI integration.
A need. A request. An action. An answer.
Behind this experience was in fact a complete demonstration of our approach: transforming an idea into a functional prototype, integrating AI, in just a few days.
At our stand, the experience starts in a very simple way: the visitor calls a number. An AI agent picks up the phone.
The visitor places his order as he would in any real situation: “a coffee”, “a cappuccino”, “a matcha latte”... The AI understands the request, reformulates if necessary, redirects the visitor if his request goes beyond the proposed framework, then confirms and validates the order.
From there, everything happens without manual intervention.
The order is immediately transmitted to a dedicated interface, designed for the occasion and used by the barista on the stand. It contains all the useful information: the drink requested, the name of the person, as well as the status of current orders.
The barista prepares the order in a structured flow, controlled by the interface that centralizes requests in real time. Once ready, he validates it in one click, which automatically triggers the rest of the process.
Last step: the AI agent automatically calls the visitor back to inform them that their drink is available and that they can come and pick it up.
What we show is simple and concrete:
Everything is connected end-to-end.
That's the POC coffee : a simple case, developed in a few days, but operating in the same way as a real business process.

Coffee is a simple case. But what we put in place behind it is directly applicable to business cases.
Concretely, the POC coffee is based on a sequence that is found in many environments:
In this demo, the AI isn't just responding. It is integrated into a complete flow. It triggers an action, feeds a tool, and is part of an operational chain.
What we showed with coffee can be easily transposed. We simply replace “order a coffee” with a business action.
For example, in industry:
Same logic in other contexts:
Behind this demo is a simple objective: to quickly move from an idea to a concrete and testable tool.
The POC coffee is a good example. This project was designed and implemented in a few days, combining AI and technical expertise.
There's no need to start a long or complex project from the start. We build a prototype, we test it in real conditions, and we iterate quickly.
Concretely, we combine:
To create concrete, testable and directly exploitable solutions.
At DJM Lab, we don't just build products. We build success stories.
