As the first postal operator in Belgium, bpost wanted modernise its services with a mobile application offering users a simple and innovative way to send personalized postcards. The project required a technology partner that could provide a scalable and efficient solution. DJM lab was chosen for its expertise in development, UX/UI and agile project management.
We have brought together an experienced team to guide bpost on the choices technological and ergonomic. Through a flexible and iterative process, our team worked closely with bpost to optimize performance and scalability of the application. Over time, we've introduced additional features to improve retention, developed new offerings for B2B market expansion, and ensured that the app remained a leader in its category.
Launched in 2011, the application integrates secure payments, efficient transaction flow, and real-time synchronization for optimal results. An update in 2018 introduced QR code video messages, increasing the personalizing and keeping the application aligned with market trends. Iterative improvements have allowed the application to remain scalable, scalable, and user-centric.
