Vegiwise called on the DJM lab to complement the internal skills of their team. Our mission: challenging the current application to improve the user experience and design the final screens for the first version of the app. Our teams also formulated strategic recommendations for effective marketing communication.
We started our collaboration with a thorough analysis of the existing application, which allowed us to identify the main issues affecting the user experience.
Then, we carried out a detailed review of user flows to ensure smooth and intuitive navigation. Based on this analysis, we prioritized actions based on their impact on users, with an emphasis on improvements that could generate rapid results.
Among these actions, we have created concrete screens for future functionalities, thus offering a clear and tangible vision of their potential evolution.
