Formabel

Prototyping with no-code tools

Nacim, the founder of Formabel has identified a great opportunity on the vocational training market. He contacted DJM in order to benefit from technical expertise and to obtain valuable advice to transform his idea into a product.

Client and Project

The objective of Formabel is to connect trainers with people looking for training in various fields such as hairdressing, aesthetics or the automotive industry. It is a rapidly expanding market in Belgium and the project leader sees it as a great opportunity. The missing link at Nacim was a real tech lead to build its solution. We accompanied him in the analysis of his project and we carried out a technical analysis in order to make the best technological choice for the launch of the project.

Prototype approach

No-code as a lever

With a selection of powerful tools, it is possible to create a functional application in record time and at a lower cost, the objective of Nacim being to test the concept quickly with potential users. No-code makes it possible to design and deploy an application in just a few weeks. Ideal for testing an idea quickly, evolving the product based on feedback, and adapting to strategic pivots.

Strategic roadmap

Our technical teams carried out a detailed analysis of each feature desired by the customer, in order to position themselves on the right tool but also to assess the technical complexity of the project for a possible migration to a more custom solution later on. The objective was clear: to offer a first version of the product to the market as soon as possible in order to generate the first customers, revenue, and plan the scalability of the product over the long term.
