The solution developed had proved its worth and the project demonstrated great potential, with many active users every week. However, the performance of the platform was decreasing and bugs were becoming more and more numerous. The leaders of the Tool2Care project were beginning to doubt the possibilities of evolution of their tool, fearing that they would no longer meet the expectations of users, who are mainly, in the demanding sector, very rigorous profiles. DJM therefore proposed to the spin-off a full project audit current in order to correct the malfunctions and propose a scalable and agile approach for the evolution of the project.
Management of the application base of the project and understanding of the technical architecture put in place. The objective is to identify the robustness of what has been developed beforehand and to identify the dysfunctions blocking the scalability of the application.
Correction of bugs identified during the analysis, update tools and servers to optimize performance and rebuild a solid foundation for the future. This step is essential in order to move forward again and develop new functionalities to meet the evolving needs of users.
Alignment with the customer and creation of a roadmap of new functionalities, in order to increase the real added value of the product for the end customer. Establishment of a team of developers dedicated to the project and iterative phases integrating user feedback in order to validate the next developments to be prioritized.
