Toyota Belgium

Artificial intelligence at the service of marketing

Toyota is transforming its auto show booth into a generator of qualified B2B leads through an immersive real-time vehicle personalization experience, powered by AI.

Client and Project

As part of the Brussels Motor Show, Toyota Belgium wanted to make its stand a real business lever, by transforming each interaction into a commercial opportunity.

We have developed an AI-based vehicle flocking tool. This interactive platform allows visitors to personalize their van in real time and visualize their branding instantly, with a photorealistic rendering faithful to the proportions of the vehicle.

The challenge: to create a useful and memorable experience in a highly competitive environment such as a car show. It was necessary to capture attention without falling for the gimmick, while allowing visitors to quickly project themselves and arouse real interest in companies with car fleets.

Key elements of the mission

  • Development of an internal test POC in a few days
  • Optimizing AI for increasingly efficient results
  • Launch of a powerful product on the market in a few weeks
  • Capturing customer data during the flow
  • Real-time AI image generation

An interactive experience designed to convert

An interactive personalization tool based on AI

Concretely, visitors could:

  • Choosing a van model
  • Enter the URL of their site to automatically retrieve their branding elements (logo, colors, visuals)
  • Test different flocks and designs
  • Visualize the rendering in real time, with a faithful level of realism

The experience was designed to be fluid, fast and autonomous, directly on the stand. In the background, artificial intelligence generated the visuals and optimized the renderings continuously.

From idea to stand in a few weeks

A first functional POC was developed in a few days, making it possible to quickly validate the relevance of the experiment. Based on this, we iterated continuously to improve the quality of the renderings and the performance of the AI.

In just a few weeks, the solution was finalized and ready to be deployed in a real environment. This speed of execution allowed Toyota Belgium to have a reliable, operational tool that is perfectly adapted to the constraints of the show.

A stand that converts into qualified leads

By moving from simple observation to active personalization, visitors were able to easily project themselves into their own use. This projection facilitated commercial exchanges and strengthened the quality of the contacts generated.

Each interaction thus became a qualified opportunity that could be directly exploited. The stand was no longer limited to a window, but became a real conversion point, at the service of sales teams.
