As part of the Brussels Motor Show, Toyota Belgium wanted to make its stand a real business lever, by transforming each interaction into a commercial opportunity.
We have developed an AI-based vehicle flocking tool. This interactive platform allows visitors to personalize their van in real time and visualize their branding instantly, with a photorealistic rendering faithful to the proportions of the vehicle.
The challenge: to create a useful and memorable experience in a highly competitive environment such as a car show. It was necessary to capture attention without falling for the gimmick, while allowing visitors to quickly project themselves and arouse real interest in companies with car fleets.
Concretely, visitors could:
The experience was designed to be fluid, fast and autonomous, directly on the stand. In the background, artificial intelligence generated the visuals and optimized the renderings continuously.
A first functional POC was developed in a few days, making it possible to quickly validate the relevance of the experiment. Based on this, we iterated continuously to improve the quality of the renderings and the performance of the AI.
In just a few weeks, the solution was finalized and ready to be deployed in a real environment. This speed of execution allowed Toyota Belgium to have a reliable, operational tool that is perfectly adapted to the constraints of the show.
By moving from simple observation to active personalization, visitors were able to easily project themselves into their own use. This projection facilitated commercial exchanges and strengthened the quality of the contacts generated.
Each interaction thus became a qualified opportunity that could be directly exploited. The stand was no longer limited to a window, but became a real conversion point, at the service of sales teams.
