5DAYS is developing a new generation SaaS solution dedicated to project management. Its promise is ambitious: Bringing together everything a team needs to collaborate effectively in a single tool, from meeting to concrete action. AI plays a key role here: automatic generation of reports, task suggestions, intelligent links between documents and projects... Designed for modern and agile teams (startups, scale-ups, PMs), the platform is supported by a solid technical team, with a strong product vision. The challenge: to bring together functional complexity, fluidity of use and visual coherence — without slowing down development.
We started with an in-depth analysis of the platform: navigation structure, information density, fluidity of interactions, and understanding the integrated AI logics. Based on these observations, we built a prioritization matrix, combining value for the user and technical complexity.
The objective was to clarify key paths (meetings → tasks → projects), reduce cognitive load and transform AI into an ergonomic asset, not into additional friction.
To ensure visual and functional consistency across the entire platform, we designed a scalable Design System based on Atomic Design. Developed in Figma, this system includes reusable components, clear documentation, and a bill of materials ready for integration.
Thanks to close collaboration with developers, the handover phase was smooth and efficient, allowing for rapid implementation without losing fidelity.
