The LyAge tool was based in particular on a set of questions in the form of a form to obtain a global vision of the functioning of an establishment and of the quality perceived by different profiles. However, its implementation was based on generic tools, which limited the functionalities available and the autonomy of the team to make it evolve. The processing of the results also involved several repetitive tasks with no real added value, in particular to structure the data and produce usable analyses.
LyAge therefore called on the DJM lab in order to modernize this tool and develop a digital solution more suited to their needs. The objective was to maintain the existing scientific structure while improving the ergonomics, autonomy and efficiency of the tool, in particular by automating certain data analysis and visualization steps.
To meet Lyage's challenges, DJM lab started by analyzing the existing functioning of the questionnaires used in audits in order to identify friction points and repetitive tasks that generate little value.
The objective was to maintain the scientific methodology developed by LyAge while translating it into a digital solution that was more efficient, easier to use and scalable.
The DJM lab has redesigned the audit form in order to make it more structured, more legitimate and more ergonomic, while maintaining the existing evaluation logic. Particular attention has also been paid to responsive design, in order to ensure that the form is legitimate on all types of screens.
A dedicated administration interface has also been developed to allow the LyAge team to manage audits, consult the results and manage the tool independently.
Finally, the solution was designed in accordance with Lyage's visual identity (colors, logo, symbol, etc.), in order to ensure consistency with their other existing supports and tools.
One of the major axes of the project was the automation of the processing of data resulting from audits. Where the results previously required several manipulations and difficult to read exports, the tool now generates structured analyses and graphs automatically, making it easier to interpret the results.
This automation reduces repetitive tasks and saves valuable time, so the team can focus on analyzing and supporting establishments.
Throughout the mission, the DJM lab approach was intended to be concrete and collaborative, with regular exchanges to adapt the proposed solutions to the real needs of the LyAge team.
DJM lab has thus enabled LyAge to move from a set of generic tools to a personalized digital solution that is more modern, more autonomous, better adapted to their activity and capable of supporting their growth.
